1) Definition:

• “Application” – JuniorClub’s application form for the membership to be issued on these terms and conditions.

• “Band” – JuniorClub band issued on these terms and conditions.

• “Sakae Sushi” – A flagship brand of Sakae Holdings Ltd.

• “Outlets” – The Sakae Sushi outlets that acknowledge the use of JuniorClub band.

• “We, us, our, The Management” – Apex-Pal (M) Sdn. Bhd. (634333-X).

• “You, your, member” – The person who signed the application and/or whose name appears on the card.

2) Application of JuniorClub:

• Application fee is RM10 for kid whose parent is a SAKAECard member and RM15 for kid whose parent is not a SAKAECard member.

• Applicant must be at least aged 6 years and below 12 years.

• Each person is only allowed to have ONE (1) membership at any given time.

• Applicant will be entitled to all JuniorClub member benefits immediately after completion of application.

• Application without the compulsory information duly complete will not be processed.

 

3) Usage of Band:

• By receiving, acknowledging or using the Band, member is deemed to have read, understood, accepted and be bound by all the terms and conditions of the Band herein.

• The Band may only be used to enjoy benefits during membership validity period.

• Member is required to present the physical Band at all times to the cashier upon payment for reward or redemption of benefits.

• The redemption of member benefits is valid at all Sakae Sushi outlets in Malaysia only.

 

4) JuniorClub Benefits:

• Member will receive one (1) free merchandise upon successful application.

• Member is entitled to 10% discount for kid’s meal and sushi making workshop.

• One (1) scoop of free ice cream will be given for every visit with the presence of the Band.

• Member can enjoy special rate for birthday party at Sakae Sushi outlet, subject to the Management’s agreement.

 

5) Conversion to SAKAECard:

• The JuniorClub membership entitles for a free conversion to a SAKAECard membership once the member reaches 12 years old.

• Conversion can be done at any Sakae Sushi outlet in Malaysia.

• Free conversion for SAKAECard membership will not receive any Welcome Points.

• Upon activation of SAKAECard, the validity of membership is 1 year from the date of conversion.

 

6) Expiry and Termination:

• The JuniorClub membership will expire once member has reached 12 years old.

• The Management reserves the right to terminate the membership for any suspected breach of terms and conditions contained herein or negligent or fraudulent transaction.

 

7) Non-transferable:

• The membership is neither transferable nor assignable. The outlet staff reserves the right to request members to provide additional identification for validation purposes.

 

8) Loss or Theft of the Band:

• We shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for loss / theft of or damage of the Band suffered during the period of membership.

• A nominal administrative fee of RM5 will be charged for the replacement of the Band.

 

9) Privacy:

• Members will receive special offers and updates from Sakae Sushi, as well as promotions from specially selected third parties via SMS or e-mail.

 

10) Variations & Discretion:

• The Management reserves the right to amend, withdraw, terminate, substitute or vary any of the privileges, as well as terms and conditions without prior notice.

• The member warrants that all information and particulars contained in the Application or any other documents completed and submitted to Apex-Pal (M) Sdn. Bhd. (634333-X) are true and correct in all aspects.

• The Management reserves the right to reject any Transaction which it deems fit, without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.
